Who We Are
Rural & Social Development Institute (RSDI) is a voluntary development organisation established in 2006 in Uttar Pradesh. We work with underserved communities, women, children, young people and vulnerable groups to strengthen access to education, health, skills, livelihoods and sustainable development opportunities.

To contribute to a strong, independent and inclusive society free from inequality and discrimination, where every individual can access opportunity and dignity.

Our Journey
RSDI began with a commitment to bridge knowledge, opportunities and development systems with rural communities. Over time, its work expanded across education, health, livelihoods, skill development, women and child development, agriculture, water, sanitation and community development.
